Terry McElhinney's Kickboxing has been active for over 30 years now. It is well established, with his club in Huyton, 1 in Kirkby and 1 in Halewood and over 40 students regularly attending each of the classes. Students are a balanced mix of both male and female, aged from 14 to 60 plus Note: these are self defence clubs and NOT Full contact fighting clubs.

About the students

Terry's students are well disciplined and highly focused. They are motivated by praise and encouragement rather than by pressure or fear of failure.

Many students have said how much more focused and confident they feel after joining Terry's club, and how this has helped them in other aspects of their lives. Everyone is considered equal in the class and there is a mutual respect shown amongst all students, with no confrontation.

Registration is easy, simply sign up using the menu on the left. As a registered member, you can view photos submitted by the instructors, comment on them, rate them and so on. You can also upload your own images to a special 'Member's Photos' category. If you are a current member of one of Terry's Kickboxing clubs, then check out the photo albums - you might be in them! We will also keep you up-to-date with club news and events.
